Shipping

Pinheads ships orders via U.S. Postal Service: First Class and Parcel Post. Customers will typically receive orders within 3-12 days depending on current order volumes and destination. Orders over $100 are sent "Signature Required," so be sure to use an address where a signor will be available. We strive to keep all items in stock in sufficient quantities. However, occasions may arise when stock becomes low or depleted on certain items. *Stock availability will be indicated in your shopping cart. If an entire order is unavailable for shipping, it will be filled and shipped when fulfillment is possible, usually within 7 days.

Shipping Fees

Shipping & Handling is automatically calculated into your order depending on your order total. It will be displayed at checkout.

Order Status

We strive to automate our shipping status notification. You will be kept up to date on the status of your order via this system. However, if you require additional information regarding the status of your order/shipment, please contact us by choosing the "Customer Service" selection on our Contact page.

Return Policy

Pinheads will gladly replace merchandise which is found to be faulty or to have been shipped due to our error. Otherwise, we offer no refunds or exchanges. And due to the speed with which we produce and ship orders, once an order has been placed and charged to your credit card or PayPal account, it can not be cancelled. If you have recieved items in error or those which are defective, please contact us within three (3) business days of receipt of your order using the "Customer Service" selection on our Contact page. Describe the issue as clearly as possible and we will work diligently to reconcile any problem. Please note that we can process returns for merchandise purchased from the Pinheads website only. If you have purchased your Pinheads product from a retail outlet, please contact that retail location. Return Authorization is required prior to your return of an item. If a return is necessary for items purchased from our website, you will be issued an RMA# by Pinheads. After which, please fill out the return receipt affixed to your packing slip from your original order, include your purchase documentation (receipt, order confirmation, packing slip and RMA#, keeping copies for yourself) and send it using U.S. Mail insured/delivery confirmation to: Pinheads, P.O. Box 47202, Tampa, FL 33647-0111. It may take up to 15 days to process your exchange. Returns received without proper RMA Authorization will be refused. Production Notes

All Pinheads products are individually handmade. As with any handmade item, each one is different from the next. The materials which are used to make both voodoo dolls and shirts are unbleached 100% cottons. These items contain individual characteristics, like freckles on humans. As well, the imaging process used, may at times create individualized characteristics for any given doll or shirt. These are not defects, they are the process.
